“I'd been following the work of Dollhouse Design + Build for a while now so when my bathroom started leaking into the kitchen they were the first I reached out to and they got back to me right away. As someone who needs style as well as the confidence of working with a group that is well versed in the weird quirks and challenges of an old home, dollHOUSE was the clear winner.

Jess reviewed my space and my colour notes and put together a design as if she pulled it from my own head and then perfected it! AND she politely, steered me away from making a terrible choice of tiles for the bathroom floor that was not suited for my home and would have instantly and forever dated the home, thus adding more to my resell value.

Mery then took the lead running a tight and efficient ship. The demo crew as so fast and clean it's as if they were never there. Being an old century home they of course uncovered some nightmares like sliced joints, no heating vent, and the worst part the plumbing stack was not vented and thus the mystery sulfur and gas smell I've experienced since moving in. The dollHOUSE crew made quick yet thorough work of fixing these major issues and then got to work on the making it functional, safe and pretty.

Being my only bathroom in this old house I was super nervous to renovate, but they worked very quickly to get us a working toilet and tub so we could take care of our essentials until the rest of the space came together. The best part is when Jess come in at the add the finishing toughs at no added charge - it's like being in a home Reno show with a super star stager but you get to keep the stuff. I love my new bathroom so much I spend a TON of time in there now.

Staying late to hook up a sink because they knew I couldn’t go another 24hrs longer but also sitting with my 5year old who wanted to learn what they were doing.

I would have them do all the spaces in our house if $$ allowed. Our son already wants them to do our basement bathroom.
